Training you

As a project of Alcaldia de Medellin, produced by the Park of the Entrepreneurship, arose Training you. This is a program that has as objective to approach the citizenship to the world of the entrepreneurship and the creation of companies; also, the participants of the program scan new possibilities to develop their own ideas of business.

Training you allows to the inhabitants of Medellin to link to the programs and entrepreneurship support institutions, based in their expectations and needs.

To reach these goals, the program has three lines of action:

• Training as principal method to develop aspects framed in the integral development of the human being: self-esteem, autonomy, sense of belonging for the community, team work, solidarity, partnership, innovation, stimulus to the investigation and permanent learning.

• Process strengthening of associative and team work around productive projects with social responsibility.

• Support to sustainable processes of entrepreneurship from the social, economical, cultural, environmental, regional and local perspectives.

To whom is it directed?

All the persons who have a company or a business idea can be present at the events programmed by the Training You Proyect.
